What is the Renovation Process?
When you work with us, we will treat you like family. First, you will schedule a time and date for us to come survey the workspace so we can provide you with a free estimate. The head of our team will come to your property to talk about what you are looking for, and we will create a plan. We will use Buildertrend to communicate with you about selections, designs and other important features of the project.
Expert Design Help
If you know you want a bathroom refresh, but you aren’t set on design elements, then we have an expert to help you. Our selections coordinator will go over all of your design options with you and pick the perfect elements for your new relaxation room.

Monument Avenue
The client moved into the house and wanted a small spare bedroom turned into a walk-in closet and master bathroom. CB Chandler was able to produce a concept that worked for the client where other contractors were not. We custom-built the closet reworked a bunch of framing, closed in a window, found termite damage, and repaired that. The client was happy with maximizing and utilization of the square footage of the house. “The house felt so much bigger after the project.”
Ashland - ADA Accessible
Mooreland Farms
This bathroom was part of a larger addition which is featured on our additions page. Great clients with great results.
Manakin - Sabot
This client came to us with plans and an eye for design. We took her ideas and made it a reality.
Museum District
We took an underused bedroom and converted it into a walk-in closet, master bathroom, and a laundry room accessible from the original bedroom doorway. In the process, we also renovated the basement into a full-on Man Cave.
River Court Bathroom
We were brought into this project through KDW Homes, A Renown high-end kitchen and bathroom design firm. We took an awkward Jack and Jill bathroom that used a ton of space and turned it into two separate bathrooms.
